APOLOGIZE

Apologizing is a really hard thing to do. It can be even harder when we need to apologize to our kids,  because as parents we think we should have the answers. As parents we mess up and it is totally normal because as we are not hitting the mark 100% of the time. What is important is that we do the repair work with our kids when we make a mistake.  Owning what happened and addressing the concern. It is not an easy thing to do. Here is a list of things to keep in mind when needing to apologize.
