Are you worried about losing your job, struggling with addiction, grieving the loss of a loved one, getting over a recent break-up, feeling lonely or isolated,  worried you can’t pay your mortgage or utility bill?  The Distress Centre's  highly trained volunteers and professional staff are here for you 24/7 if you need someone to talk to. Your call will be confidential.This service is free and is offered in over 200 languages.  Online Chat is available from 3pm – 10:00pm weekdays and from noon-10:00pm on weekends.
