MINDFUL MONDAY

Mindfulness is a wonderful way to reset our system throughout the day and only takes a few minutes. Practicing mindfulness is a great way to support our mental health and refocus on the present moment. Practicing with your kids will support in regulating you both.

You can find mindfulness activities on Youtube and Spotify. All you have to do is search kid mindfulness and several will come up both long and quick activities. Depending on what you need that day.
