MINDFUL MONDAY


Breathing is an essential practice to mindfulness. Being aware of our breathe and what it is doing. We often forget to breathe, especially when stressed. Here is a fun way to practice deep proper breathes with your kids. Get some bubbles and tell them you are having a bubble blowing contest. Who can blow the biggest bubbles? Show them that the best way to make a big bubble is to take a big deep breath in from their nose and out SLOWLY through their mouth.

Take this game to another level by having them follow or pop the bubbles that they blow. This is simple way to practice being in the present moment and is a great co-regultion activity for you both.
