Self Care

Looking after ourselves can feel like a daunting task especially when we are stressed. Sometimes we think that self care is something big that we need a big chunk of time set aside to ourselves. Although that is a form of self-care and a refreshing one, there are many other things that you can do to take care of yourself and recharge your batteries that are not time consuming.  If we take care of ourselves we are better equipped to take care of those we love.  These are some simple things that you can do and can encourage your kids to do as well. Supporting them with this now will aid in long term healthy self-care habits.
